What Does The Training Course Cover?
This training course covers comprehensive learning in both theory and practical technique and will give you the skills required in order to feel comfortable and confident with your new Russian Volume application including all the products and tools you will learn to use on the day.
You will learn fan pick up in stages, 2D, 3D to 6D perfecting each one before moving onto the next. Our comprehensive and essential theory will enable you to execute a beautiful and perfect set of Volume lashes your competitors will envy.
You will not leave the training course unless you are confident! You learn all the essential theory first, before putting everything into practice with your Training guide before moving onto a live model (optional), you do not practice on each other as we value you your time in class to learn and practice, avoiding others practicing on you and wasting your time.
At Crownetics we always offer ongoing support with your Master Educator or the team at Crownetics after your training.
We do not train then leave you, we continue to mentor you through your lash journey. We offer you a FREE refresher in your course at least every 12 months.

What Happens During The Day of The Course?
You will start your day with our comprehensive and essential theory that is going set you up for the rest of the training day. The theory section of the training will take you up until Lunch, where you will stop for a short break.
After Lunch you will start to practice making fans, you will start this in small stages before changing lash thickness and number of fans. Creating fans can be quite difficult, but we will make your learning journey seamless, as your educator will work with you and together you will choose a technique that suits you.
If you have chosen to bring a model you will be practicing on your model for the remainder of the day. However if you prefer to practice the technique with out a live model, this is also fine. You will practice the fans constantly and just like using a live model you will be practicing with many lengths, diameters and mapping.
Your trainer will guide you all the way showing you tips and methods to help you perfect and feel confident with your new added skill. As the technique is intricate, and nothing like the “classic” lash method of application, be prepared to learn a totally new process of eyelash application. You will learn all the tricks & Skills essential in volume as unfortunately it is not as simple as just picking up 5 or 6 lashes.
What Happens After The Training Course?
At the end of the training course, you will go through any questions, your client consultation, after care, Infills, and how to market your brand new lash skill/technique! You will walk away with a new skill and you will be issued with a Certificate Of Attendance!
As you will go home with a lot of knowledge and you will be able to recap everything you learnt from your Manual and notes you took during the day.
Once you leave the training course, you will be required to supply three individual case studies, sent to your trainer who will send feedback on each case study, covering the good points and the areas you need to work on for the next case study.
When you have successfully completed and passed all three case studies, you will be issued with an Accredited Certification (Diploma). You can now add this onto your insurance and work advertise yourself as a Russian Volume Professional - Congratulations!
